Please be aware that Dilaudid-HP injection 500mg/50mL vial will be discontinued as of 31 August 2016.
Dilaudid injection (ampoules 2mg/1mL); and Dilaudid-HP injection (ampoule 10mg/1mL and 50mg/5mL) remain available.
