25 May Timoptol® Eye Drops (timolol maleate 0.5%/5mL)
NOTIFICATION OF CONTINUING SUPPLY
Aspen Pharma Pty Ltd and Mundipharma Pty Limited advise that Tenopt® (timolol maleate 0.5% eye drops, 5mL) will be transferred from Aspen to Mundipharma.
Unfortunately all stock of Tenopt® eye drops has been exhausted as there is a long term global shortage.
Mundipharma Pty Limited is working to resolve these supply issues quickly. To minimise disruptions for patients, Mundipharma Pty Limited can confirm the continued supply of Timoptol® eye drops, which shares the same active ingredient (timolol maleate 0.5%) as Tenopt® eye drops. Timoptol® eye drops and Tenopt® eye drops are bioequivalent.
